The data model can record an order as disputed, but RankValut does not yet provide evidence upload, messaging, mediation operations, or financial remedies.

RankValut does not currently collect payments. This page is a product placeholder, not an active contractual policy or service promise.

Required before launch

Who may open a case, for which reasons, and within which time window.
Evidence collection, retention, privacy, and access controls.
Reviewer roles, conflicts, appeals, and response targets.
Payment-provider authority for refunds, releases, and chargebacks.

The final policy must be reviewed by qualified counsel for every market where RankValut operates, then versioned and published with an effective date before public transactions are enabled.
