Required before launch

• Operating entity, governing law, jurisdiction, and age requirements.
• Marketplace role, user obligations, enforcement, and appeal rules.
• Payment, fee, tax, cancellation, liability, and dispute terms.
• Versioning, consent, notice, and regional variation requirements.

The final policy must be reviewed by qualified counsel for every market where RankValut operates, then versioned and published with an effective date before public transactions are enabled.
