Seller Rules & Code of Conduct

All sellers on RankValut must follow these rules. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Listing Standards

• All listings must accurately describe the product or service being offered.
• Do not list items you cannot deliver within the stated delivery time.
• Do not list prohibited items (see our prohibited items policy).
• Use accurate categories and tags — do not misrepresent your listing to appear in unrelated searches.

Delivery Standards

• Deliver the exact item described in the listing within the promised timeframe.
• Communicate promptly with buyers through the order page.
• If you cannot fulfill an order, initiate a cancellation immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

• No off-platform transactions. All payments must go through RankValut escrow.
• No account sharing or selling access to your seller account.
• No fake or misleading reviews.
• No harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward buyers or staff.
• No chargeback fraud or attempting to reverse legitimate payments.

Performance Standards

• Maintain a minimum order completion rate of 90%.
• Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours.
• Keep disputes low — frequent disputes may result in account review.

Consequences

Violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Consequences range from listing removal and written warnings to account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of funds held in violation of policy.
